The company offers foodtech products, such as juiceCEPT, a juice extraction machine; oliveCEPT that deploys a pre-treatment to olive paste in extra virgin olive oil production (EVOO) for better quality of the product and increases extracted EVOO yield; and OptiDry to reduce drying time, enhanced flavor, and vivid color on the final dried products. It provides planttech products, such as OptiBoost for cut flowers that enhance the freshness of flowers; and OptiBoost for cuttings, which prolong the lifetime of plant cuttings prior to planting. The company's products are used for applications in food oils, juice, dairy, wine, plant-based milk, beer, and flowers. It operates through a network of distributors in Sweden and internationally. The company was formerly known as OptiFreeze AB (publ) and changed its name to OptiCept Technologies AB (publ) in July 2021. OptiCept Technologies AB (publ) was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Lund, Sweden.
