Spectrum Brands Holdings Inc Net Debt to EBITDA Ratio 2 year CAGR is -77.70% for the Trailing 12 Months (TTM) ending March 31, 2024, a -134.65% change year over year. The net debt to EBITDA ratio measures the level of a company's net debt relative to its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA). It is calculated by dividing the net debt (total debt minus cash and cash equivalents) by EBITDA. This ratio provides insights into the company's ability to repay its debt using its operating earnings. A higher ratio indicates a higher level of debt relative to earnings, suggesting potential financial risk and difficulty in debt repayment. CAGR, or the Compound Annual Growth Rate, quantifies the mean annual growth rate of an investment or financial metric over a specified time span, considering the influence of compounding. It is instrumental in determining the true annualized return on an investment.
